1. The service

Bran Castle Tickets is an independent online ticket service operated by NALG GmbH — Cra 7 #71-52, Bogotá, Colombia. It sells entry tickets for Bran Castle and related experiences with digital delivery by email. Bran Castle Tickets is not the official Bran Castle website.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT and the online booking service. Payment is by credit or debit card over an encrypted connection; your bank confirms with 3D Secure. The charge happens once at purchase — there is no recurring billing of any kind.

3. Delivery

Tickets are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, usually within seconds. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a correct email; if nothing arrives, support resends the tickets free of charge.

4. Booking and use

Tickets are valid for the visit date and entry time slot chosen at checkout. Child tickets (5–17 years) require a valid ID at the entrance; children under 5 enter free. School group tickets require a school ID for each child in the group.

5. Refunds

Full refund available up to 24 hours before the booked visit date and time. Request it on the refunds page or by replying to the confirmation email; refunds are issued to the same payment method.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for schedule changes, extraordinary closures, or entry-condition changes decided by the castle management.
